Fox Management Group was borne out of Jonathon’s passion for building and construction, developed over his 21 years in the construction industry.

His philosophy is simple: to personally provide an exceptional level of service to building consultants, developers and commercial clients through collaboration and old-fashioned values of honesty, integrity and accountability.

There are many in the construction industry who will promise the world and deliver a whole lot less, but when you engage Fox Management Group you receive a personalised service from Jonathon at every stage of the process. Jonathon believes in delivering what he promises on time and on budget.

Meet Jonathon

Jonathon began his career in Hobart working for the largest commercial builder at that time in Tasmania, where he commenced his Construction Management degree. He has since gained a wealth of experience working with some of the best construction companies in Melbourne, consolidating on best practice methodology with construction techniques, systems, processes and, most importantly, safety and quality assurance.

Jonathon has a strong background in contract management and project administration, which he has used to manage risk and exposure on many construction projects.

He is also an innovator and has been instrumental in leading significant changes in systems and procedures around document management, contract processes, financial tracking, forecast management and quality assurance, all of which have seen improved productivity and quality in former businesses and projects.

When he’s not working in the construction industry, Jonathon enjoys ballroom dancing and was Australia’s highest ranked competitive ballroom dancer in his classification, representing Victoria and also Australia on the international scene. He is also a practicing civil celebrant.

Jonathon Fox offers over 20 years’ experience within the commercial construction industry. After commencing his career in Hobart, Tasmania working for the largest commercial builder at that time he undertook his Construction Management degree via correspondence.

Over the past 18 years, Jonathon has gained a wealth of experience and professional growth working with reputable construction companies in Melbourne, consolidating on best practice methodology with construction techniques, systems, processes and most importantly Quality Assurance.
